Been working with this company for the past year through our building company, and I have to say by far the most professional realtors in town. I strongly recommend buying and selling with them. For the seller, they make sure the people walking your home are qualified and are not wasting time. For the buyers, they will walk all the contracts with you leaving everything in black and white (no grey areas). Nathan and Tatyana are a good team and I will recommend them to everyone and anyone!!
Extremely bad experience with these people, poor communication, unprofessional, and dishonest. Real Estate Plus Inc. was not registered with the State of South Carolina until it was reported. Strongly don't recommend working with them.
